Our reputation is a valuable asset that reflects personally on every employee. Therefore, each officer and employee of CPI has an obligation to protect our reputation and must abide by the highest standards of honesty and integrity. In conducting our daily business and striving to meet our goals, we must ensure that we abide by the following principles:

Never sacrifice safety to accomplish CPI's goals. Operate and maintain all equipment and facilities in a safe and proper manner.   In representing CPI and carrying out CPI's business, conduct yourself with the highest ethical standards. Never conduct or condone business in a corrupt manner.   Maintain all CPI, client information in the strictest of confidence.   Protect CPI's confidential or proprietary information and never use this information for personal gain or to the detriment of CPI's competitive position.   Respect the differences between employees, individuals, and customers and recognize that those differences only make the entire team stronger. This promotes a healthy workplace atmosphere filled with professional growth, trust, and respect.   Maintain a high ethical standard in sales and delivery of products, services, and repairs.   Deliver clear and complete communication to our customers, while demanding the development of strong communications between our employees, our officers, and our customers.   Employees will approach each workday with the attitude that they will do the best they can for themselves, CPI, their local office team, and their customers.

It is the responsibility of every employee to report any deviation from this Code of Conduct & Ethics to their immediate supervisor, local office executive, or CPI's senior team.
