As one of the largest pool companies in the area, we have been providing quality pool services since 1987. With many pools throughout the Eastern United States, CPI is capable of providing a culturally enriching experience, where our smart young professionals can interact with people from all walks of life. They are placed in a position of authority where they can make a difference by providing a high level of service for families that deserve a safe place to swim. Our lifeguards serve as role models for the youth in our communities. Here are just a few of the qualities that make CPI unique:
Training:
CPI lifeguards undergo certification and re-certification each year where the importance of safety and accident prevention is stressed. They are trained in all aspects of water rescue, first aid, and emergency management. Each CPI lifeguard receives training in basic leadership as well, in order to ensure well-educated and well-rounded lifeguards at each of our facilities.
Safety Auditors:
CPI is the only local pool management company to provide safety auditors. These auditors conduct unannounced observations and assessments of all lifeguards while on duty. Vital to providing a safe environment for patrons, safety auditors also conduct in-service training to our lifeguard staff throughout the season.
Full Service, Full Time: Our offices are open from 8am until 8:30pm, seven days per week during the standard pool season. This enables us to respond to any and all requests that may arise at our pools, no matter what time of day. If you call, we will answer. We also have an emergency paging service that will allow you to get in touch with us around the clock, 24 hours a day, even when our office is closed.
Experienced Construction/Service Crew: Our construction/service division prides itself on professionalism and craftsmanship. Particular attention to detail and quick response enable us to support our swimming pool staff completely.
