This class is reserved for those who agree to work for Continental Pools. Certifications for non-employees will not be issued. Registration is limited by instructor availability and facility size, therefore, training fees are non-refundable.
Minimum age: 16 years
Swim a distance of 100 yards using crawl or breaststroke without resting
Feet-First dive, retrieve a 10-pound brick from a minimum depth of 8 feet and bring it to the surface.
Tread water without using arms for 1 minute
Minimum of 6 students per instructor; maximum of 16 students
