NOVA Full Certification Course 06-29-2018

Friday: 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm (Continental Pools Office – 14120 Parke Long Court, Ste 111 Chantilly, VA 20151)
Saturday: 10 am – 6 pm (Central Park Aquatic Center)
Sunday: 10 am – 6 pm (Central Park Aquatic Center)

This class is only available to those who agree to work for Continental Pools.  Certifications for non-employees will not be issued.  Registration is limited by instructor availability and facility size, therefore, training fees are non-refundable.

• Minimum age: 15 years
• Swim a distance of 100 yards using crawl or breaststroke without resting
• Feet-First dive, retrieve a 10-pound brick from a minimum depth of 8 feet and bring it to the surface.
• Tread water without using arms for 1 minute
• Minimum of 6 students per instructor; maximum of 16 students
