Maryland Lifeguard Training

The cost of this class is $225.00.

This Maryland lifeguard class is reserved for those who agree to work for Continental Pools. Certifications for non-employees will not be issued.  Registration is limited by instructor availability and the Maryland facility size, therefore, lifeguard training fees are non-refundable.

• Minimum age: 15 years
• Swim a distance of 100 yards using crawl or breaststroke without resting
• Feet-first dive, retrieve a 10-pound brick from a minimum depth of 8 feet and bring it to the surface.
• Tread water without using arms for 1 minute

• Must hold a valid Ellis and Associates Lifeguard License
• Minimum age: 15 years

• Must be employed by Continental Pools
