Full Lifeguard Certification (New Employees) and Recertification (Returning Employees)
The cost of this class is $225.00.
This lifeguard training course is reserved for those who agree to work for Continental Pools in Massachusetts. Certifications for non-employees will not be issued. Registration is limited by instructor availability and the Massachusetts facility size, therefore, lifeguard training fees are non-refundable.
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Swim a distance of 100 yards using crawl or breaststroke without resting
- Feet-first dive, retrieve a 10-pound brick from a minimum depth of 8 feet and bring it to the surface.
- Tread water without using arms for 1 minute
- Recertifications must currently hold a valid Ellis and Associates Lifeguard License
